We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging unworn and unwashed with all labels intact within 14 days.

Returns

You will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us. If the item is being returned due to damage or fault, we will refund the return postage costs.

 Faulty goods

If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should return the item to us together with a note explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number, Goods should be returned within 28 days of receipt. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution. 

In some circumstances certain items may need to be returned to the manufacturer to confirm goods are faulty.

If products are cotton rich, they do have a tendency to shrink in the washing machine or tumble dryer. Please bear this in mind when purchasing your garments as we cannot exchange items that have been washed.

All returns and exchanges are made at the Company’s discretion whilst acknowledging our responsibilities under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

This Returns Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Exchanging goods

If you are exchanging goods from one size to another we require goods to be unworn, unwashed still in original packaging with tags. 

PLEASE NOTE WE CAN NOT ACCEPT GOODS BACK OR EXCHANGES IF THEY HAVE BEEN PERSONALISED WITH NAMES OR INITIALS,A BLAZER OR TRYING TO BE RETURNED AFTER 14 DAYS OF YOU RECEIVING YOUR GOODS.
